Wonderful video. Loved Sapiens . Tamed sounded like a good follow up and loved what you said about domestication vs cultivation, never thought about the difference of what they describe. Vikings are something I've gotten interested in since visiting Norway and Finland last year. Thanks for the recommendations. Would love to see your take on novels that have some of this same info.

Loved 'Sapiens'. 'Tamed' and 'Built on Bones' sound really interesting to me, so I'm adding them to my ever-expanding tbr. A book I read and loved this year is 'Femina: A New History of the Middle Ages, Through the Women Written Out of It', which has several sections focusing on archaeology (I particularly enjoyed a chapter on vikings/the Birka Warrior Woman, and another one on the medieval Hildegard).
