Another great advantage of agile over waterfall is that what was developed during the sprint is shown and validated by the customer, this makes it very fast to find bugs or mistakes. In the waterfall methodology the customer would only see the product once it's done so if stuff was done in the wrong way the development team would only realize after the product is completed.

I am still not sold on Agile after 3 years into it. Something about it is really off to me. I guess it is that the clients (or stakeholders) doesn't really follow it

Good video, few feedback points though... in Agile it should be story points not hours or days, the backlog should be in order not in sections of UI/bugs etc. Keep up the great work and community 👍💪🤓
