Загорелся желанием печатать бесплатно протезы рук или ног для деток и не только.
Не знал, что это может быть проблемой в России. Когда я спросил на форуме ребят, кто то печатает протезы, чем и как найти нуждающихся. Меня все стали отговаривать от этого дела и все бояться, что это в России сложно это сертифицировать, бояться все, что их привлекут, засудят. Хотя есть в бесплатном доступе все файлы, люди бесплатно делятся моделями и опытом, те кто уже прошел все это и печатают. Это все не в России конечно. Есть свои нюансы конечно во всем, как и тут, нельзя делать плохие протезы, чтобы не нанести вред, и нужно консультироваться в каждом отдельном случае с врачом.
Пишут, что каждый может получить бесплатно в России протез, но по факту люди ждут годами, собирают млн. справок. и что все очень очень сложно и долго.
Я видел глаза детей, которые радуются новому протезу и радость взрослых тоже)) это цепляет за душу.
Я купил принтер, чтобы зарабатывать на нем, но есть часто окна и пластик не такой уж и дорогой, можно иногда печатать и помогать нуждающимся. Я еще не знаю где найти найти людей и как правильно все сделать. В процессе...
Сейчас печатаю модель на взрослого человека, мужской скорее протез. Есть вся инструкция к сборке, файл pdf на 100 страниц.
Для начала, нужно замерить руку, подогнать 3д модель под человека, это все можно сделать и удаленно. выбрать цвет, пластик использовать хороший и без вредных составов. Можно даже на поверхности наносить надписи объёмные или рисунки для детей. Много вариантов и мыслей.

Design Merits:

Silent Operation
The flexible hinges are designed to prevent any contact between rigid parts, allowing for silent operation of the hand.

Moulded Silicone Finger Grips
Using a scalable 3D printed mould, grippy silicone finger grips allow the fingers to better grip a wide range of objects. This also eliminates the need to use consumer products such as Lee Tippi Micro-Gel finger grips which are hard to source, expensive and limited to only a few sizes.

Split Hinges
The hinges are designed to fit from one side, and stretch fit from the other. This prevents the hinge from sliding out laterally. Hinges do not require any glue, and provide an ideal amount of elasticity to open the fingers.
