Dudes it is so perfectly awful how much detail they paid to how missy behaves. If you watch her during basically any of her animation, you could swap her out for an actual little girl and it would fit perfectly.
Look at how she stands as you ride up the elevator when you first meet them in playcare, she stands and holds herself, and when she's sitting down, she rubs her wrist to try and comfort herself, she's self soothing just like how people especially traumatized people and even more so how traumatized children do.
I see a lot of people comparing her to a scared animal which isn't an unfair comparison but really she's straight up a heavily traumatized kid, eyes darting, self soothing, timid and tense body language, that's just how scarred children act.

Some comments and the title lead me to believe that people were plugging their ears during the story, because Poppy did not abandon Kissy, and Catnap is certainly dead. Someone needed to guard the lever thing on top that Kissy pulled and Poppy did say that she was gonna send the lift back to the top. But someone was closing the lift so Kissy couldn’t get to us and we couldn’t get back up.

Also, how do people still think Catnap is alive?

The production is so impressive. They utilized light to make her seem blue and shadow to hide her eyelashes so the players would think it was huggy wuggy. Gotta give credit for that alone lol
