They are nowhere near being under the cap, and they're not going to be again until it's time to rebuild. That basically means everything free agent related (other than mid-level excepion type moves) is off the table anyway. Give all of these guys their money (unless the asking price is above their value)! Trades and developing players is the only way that the team is going to improve for a while (and that's fine).
