Legit, Hashirama could have EASILY helped them, first, use some of your skilled shinobi with water jutsu skills like Tobirama for example, make artificial lakes and ponds, and use wood style to bring more nature to the land, straight up, this would have been a great substitute for a tailed beast

With the natural advancement of technology the Hidden Sand could focus on becoming an energy producer.
Imagine using all that land and focusing it on wind power.
The nomadic nature and small population would all minimal usage of energy, but also would allow the many clans to personally maintain the windmills and generators.

It would become equitable to defend the land from enemies and if the Hidden Sand goes to war they can always redistribute power away from their enemies.

I hate to say this, but whenever me and my friends talk about Hidden Villages that we would like to live in besides Konoha, we ALWAYS mention how we would NEVER live in the Sand Village. You couldn't even pay me to stay there. It will be a nice place to visit.. for a short while.

Good dust is much heavier than iron sand due to it’s density, however it’s much softer than iron sand, so while it’s more powerful than regular sand due to its weight, it’s not as offensively and defensively powerful as the Third Kazekage's Iron Sand.

It’s a huge undertaking/responsibility to have the ability thus it was relegated to the Kazekage lineage. I have dropped Naruto before the world war arc. I just could not take the three main characters anymore. I love the mythology, the lore, the side characters the battle culture.
Thank you for making so much content that helps me enjoy this world.
Also I love the political and economical POV that's something that moves individual lives irl, and in this series.

funny how weak the sand was cuz actually they have enough Uniquely strong ninja styles like the leaf. u don't hear a lot about the unique power from the cloud village so just saying, I like the puppet style and the giant fan weapons.

I think that Kakashi explained that they didn’t have the resources or infrastructure to carry out a proper counter or punish the sand so they let it go because the sand wanted peace for now and also didn’t have the resources or infrastructure to continue. But then they had three other villages, at least, who were eyeing Jonah’s like a fat injured lamb.
