Hey im about to buy the same motor and speed controller and plan to use a 36 volt battery with 8 amp-hour for a hight torque application. How long does your battery lasts since you have a 7 amp-hour battery?

@Hector Pinheiro, Im just view your message and just to said to you this video i upload is not show off the hand twist throttle, actually is on my right hand site off my ebike. it should use the throttle unit to acelerate the motor( im so sorry ).

I am working on project to convert a 49cc petrol quad bike to electric. Do you think its better to go with 36v or 48v 1000w? brushless or brushed ? I have to order it from overseas online,

This 36V 1000W high toque dc brush motor tested with 12v7.0ah x 3pcs lead asid battery in series 36v and using brush speed controller unit with twist throttle speed hand unit.

Does brushed motor consume more electricity than a brushless Hub motor, everything else being the same?
