I got this for Christmas back then & it was brilliant. I lost it (how?) but bought it off a classmate about 10 years later. Really happy, then his mum and dad turned up & demanded it back. A curse on them.

I used to have this game. Loved it and played it endlessly. The snake pits, the bridge and that spiral maze. Brilliant game. Thanks for sharing as I haven't seen this since I was kid. Great stuff.

I got this game when it first came out in 1975. Mine fell apart as I played it so much that I picked up a copy three years ago which is virtually meant. I love this game it’s one of my favourites

I loved this game as a kid. It's pure RNG which means you can still win when your siblings are older and better at games.

It’s these kinds of games I wish restoration games would bring back; I love 3D gimmicky games like these!

I was searching for egypt themed games just yesterday! I like the challenge parts, they fit well into the setting. A modern remake of this one would be awesome, replacing the randomness with more player choice/skill.

Ghost Castle in ancient Egypt! Luke, thanks for digging up this artifact and giving us a lively look. 𓀌𓊎𓋹𓁹 Iʼve heard of this one before and drooled at the painstakingly gorgeous art but found it too decisionless to justify acquisition (even were I to find it for just a few dozen quid or equivalent—kudos!). Still, it is attractive…as thereʼs a good chance I may never get to encounter it in person, your detailed walkthrough is an entertaining consolation. The closeups remind me of touring the traveling Tutankhamun exhibition when I was in Paris in 2019—the game is the cardboard and plastic home version!!

Thought you would like to know, my wife and I loved your review of Cool Runnings, and she ended up really surprising me by getting me a brand new copy for my birthday. Thanks for making us aware of that, I learn about so many great games through your videos, keep it up!

Can’t believe that I had this game and threw it out when I moved house about twenty years ago!

Oh man, I played it when I was a child back in the 70s. I didn't own it, my cousin did. This video brought back so many good memories. Thanks. BTW I watched Moon Knight and came to search for this.

I'd say this being a super vintage board game, back in an era which had it's own charm and given this game's own theme, it wouldn't surprise me if you had to pay a little premium to find one in decent condition. That being said, I'm a huge fan of luck based board games ngl. It's like you can have a player be the front runner through-out the game only for them to land up with a death scroll (maybe even all 3 times) giving someone else a chance to win the game. Makes for a fun game evening for sure! Excellent review as always, a beautiful board game to add to the collection. I def. agree that the actual playing pieces should have been a little more fitting for the design language the game was going for. Overall a must have in your collection if you ask me! Earned yourself a sub!

Also, I'd LOVE to see you tackle the Goosebumps board games. I remember playing them as a kid and they were simple, but fun!
