How do you clear the "Recently Played" history cache on the Xbox!? Also the server software is now renamed universalmediaserver and this video still applies for most current version as of 11/2014.

I am using Ps3 Media Server, but i have a problem. When i stream 1080p video without subs everything is ok! However, with the subs the video lags. Does anyone know how to fix it?

dude I ned some help ps3 media server is not even in my list its on a running and syned with the big green check mark I already added my folder my 360 is not seeing it  I the  video media selection tab HELP please !

Mine ps3 only seems to see it if my firewall is off, ive added the process to windows to allow it to pass through but it still doesnt work if firewall off, any tips for me?

I want to watch "live" videos using my PS, not files. I've tried just using the PS3 web browser and going to the websites and I installed the PS youtube app, but they both just freeze the console when I try to play videos. I installed PS3 Media Server but I'm not sure how to get from looking at the list of files that are on my pc to playing an internet video? Do I need to download more software to my pc to do it? Sorry if these questions are too basic--I am pretty ignorant about this stuff.

My PC and PS3 aren't connected t the same network, I have an extra router on my room where my PC is hooked on to. The extra router goes to my other router downstairs. My PS3 is connected to the router downstairs. Is there any way I can make my PC stream to my PS3, even though they aren't connected to the same router?

PS3 media server works fine with PS3 but I've never been able to get MKV files working with Xbox 360 (mp4 works), Anyone ever find a fix?

I'm using PS3 Media Servver 1.90.1 on Mac OSX Mountain Lion. I've done like the tutorial and browsed to files on my computer that I want to share, but it won't find anything and the button to scan for files is disabled. Thoughts? Thank you.
