thank you so much sir, my 9A booted again. (mine is bootloop and can't enter fastboot or recovery after flashing recovery.img on the twrp)

but first I got an error when I try to enter the command on the cmd, it turns out you just need to change the _python_ to _py_, so it should be py -m pip install pyusb pyserial json5
