Does Nausicaä count as a flat character? She's pretty steadfast in her beliefs throughout the entire runtime of Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind (1984).

Is Ariel from the Little Mermaid a flat character? People complain about her not changing or learning anything from putting everyone in danger by striking a deal with Ursula. I get people say that Ariel doesn't need an arc because she wants to go to the surface due to her fascination and curiosity. But, in the end, she was proven right as the surface world is where she belongs. So, Triton has to learn to let her go and be independent and Sabastain develops a new point a view about Prince Eric, especially in the 3rd act where Ariel and the gang find out that Eric breaking up with Ariel was really due to him being hypnotized by Ursula in disguise trying to sabatoge the deal. But, at the same time, Ariel struck a deal with Ursula, the villain. We all make mistakes. But, you need to learn and grow from your mistakes.

Thanks I always had stories about accomplished characters and had hard time being motivated in making character arcs going from lie to truth for them

Creating stories is both exciting and yet difficult!

Or you can put a chick in it and make it gay, or change man to angry upset women or just change the race of the character .
