Hi, I returned my new phone today. After using it just couple of days, it has the files and app that I transferred from my old one. Before I hand it over to the shop for return, I already did the factory reset, and then the phone restarted. I didn't set up after that, and didn't check if my phone is completely 'empty'.
Does it really being reset completely empty or there's a chance the shop can retrieved my files even after it 'factory reset' and the phone restarted?
I thought maybe during that 'new set up' of that phone there is somehow an option of file retrieving...

Bingo I figured how to get rid of that anyways under S20 settings please never use tap duration. Turn it off immediately. It makes your phone super slow and ticks you
