While your code is neat and organized, you should really start using CSS for layout and not tables. CSS is quite easy to understand and there's alot of documentation about it now. Also, writing HTML and CSS is not consider programming. HTML basically tells a browser what to display and CSS tells the browser how to display it.

But still, good job, and LEARN CSS.
