I'd say over time I'd love if you create the entire dutch railway network. With trains like. DDZ Virm Flow Virm DDAR WADLOPER DM90 ICNG SGM. And I respect this a lot. I love it that you as a team are giving us this awesome NS route's!! I wish you the very best!! Long live Tsw5

Looks great! And I would like to suggest the Arriva routes at the south of the country. Maastricht, Heerlen, Aachen and Sittard. These are driven bij stadler sprint trains and the scenery there is also awesome. And, the ICNG would also be great straight into Germany!

They should do the 3 country track.
From Aachen ( Germany) to Liège ( Belgium) it will go thru the Netherlands as well. Heerlen, Valkenburg and Maastricht.

So, I bought this add-on.
But I think a version of TSW5 with tiles, where you could buy individual areas, would be great – you could really create a huge route – even from Hamburg to Milan, or even Rome. Of course, that would cost a bit more money – but for me, I think that's more sensible.
Of course, I also understand that as a TSW developer, you would have to somehow travel the entire route and implement it in the tiles. Which would involve a lot more work. But who knows: with AI and simpler modules for creating such routes, it could soon become easier.

What I'm missing in the whole of TSW5, however, is simply the unexpected. Maybe getting a message from the control center: You have to stop at the next station because there's an Intercity train behind you that needs to be let through.
Or there's a delayed regional train ahead of you, and you'll be forced to follow it until you have the opportunity to overtake it (without this being programmed).

Or, you'll lose points because you were driving too slowly, and the trains behind you also had to experience delays due to my slow driving. This often costs the real railway operator a lot of money.

Be that as it may. A little encouragement, and thanks for the Dutch route. I hope everyone enjoys exploring.

Thes Zwolle-Groningen route made world news in the 1970s when twice a train Train hijacking took place. In 1975 near Wijster between Hoogeveen and Assen and in 1977 between Assen and Groningen at De Punt.

Other Dutch train equipment that I think is interesting to include in the simulation is NS Class 1600, 1700 and 1800 electric locomotives built by Alstom. These are derived from the French SNCF BB 7200 locomotive Furthermore, the NS double-decker trainsets of the DDM1 series.

A potentially interesting route that actually exists is the German-Dutch RE19 route from Düsseldorf via Oberhausen, Wesel, Emmerich into the Netherlands to Arnhem. Many types of trains run on that route, apart from local trains also the ICE Amsterdam-Cologne and freight trains from the Ruhr area towards Rotterdam. Other DLCs that I would like is the Zwolle-Nijmegen route that runs via Arnhem.

For Train Simulator Classic many good user built Dutch Routes are created, see for that YouTube video's made by Blivius 92, and KoploperMau.

Looks wonderful, the first of many Dutch routes I hope. Especially look forward to seeing the Hondekop and Apekop (Mat-54 & Mat-64) at some point.

However, for the love of god TSW dev team, please make a proper workshop scenario editor for any route in TSW similar to how it is in Train Sim Classic. I love certain routes but limited in what's currently available to do in those routes in terms of scenarios. If you made a proper and complex scenario editor using workshop sharing (like in TS classic), there would be so much more to do on any route. The TS classic scenario editor & workshop is the main reason I kept using Train Sim Classic for all those years.

Plus, another incredible useful program in TS classic was something called Railworks (iirc). It allowed for any scenario to be directed edited, for instance, I used it to change my favorite workshop scenarios by changing the used trains into different trains/locomotives. This way I could run popular and fun scenarios with different trains by changing the train I was driving and any other controlled by the AI. if you allowed a mod/addition to TSW to have the ability to change the trains/locomotives (whether player or AI controlled) in any scenario, it would breathe life in any scenario created in the past and future by either developers or workshop content.

The route looks nice and the sound seems very well made. But for me I´ll wait for an sale, because this is for me personally the most boring route in Netherlands with too long station distances and too much straight track. Another dutch route - for example Zwolle - Arnhem, Rotterdam - Breda, Utrecht - Eindhoven in at least same quality and it will be a first day buy for me.
