This is my second favorite Pokémon movie and I personally don’t get the hate it gets aside from Mewtwo being voiced by a girl

Why is this movie considered the "worst" Pokémon movie??? There are _much_ worse Pokémon movies, _insufferable_ Pokémon movies. This one's decent! The premise has some substance, and they (mostly) don't waste it on fight scenes! I watched through the whole thing, and my only complaint is that it feels like an extended animé episode, and the story loses steam in the final 15 minutes of the movie.
