i know i said i was taking a break from celeste but i went like 4 consecutive days having absolutely nothing to do so i decided to rename it from "celeste break" to "point in time where i try to stall starting o7d1dg".
and i was already wanting to do sjehsg after spending the start of my day watching viddie play it too many times.
was definitely helpful for strats lmao

this was a pretty funny experience, it effectively went:
day 1, spent some time getting past that early "i cant pass the start for literally no reason" mindblock that seems to always happen in goldens, ended with a flag 11 pb.
day 2, went pretty well, ended up getting a flag 1.5 pb which was somewhat lucky.
day 3 i can only describe as 👨‍🦽, literally just could not play the game for some reason, constantly was missing reverses like everywhere and had like one good run or something
day 4 was still kind of 👨‍🦽, but it at least had some far runs, although all choked to goofy shit.
day 5 went amazingly, got far runs every like 3 attempts, and in a very short session i had a flag 8 death (jumped too long on skip) and another 1.5 death and then got the golden.

difficulty opinion:
i want to say low t1 but i dont think my stats compared to calypta can let me say that without at least informing the listener that im unreliable. but definitely low-mid t1.

time: 23.5h
expert lobby heartside, its in the very bottom cavern in the debug map.

Is this the chapter 9 people keep telling me about? It looks really hard. Im currently struggling on chapter three (madeline hotel) in the section with the big floating head. This looks way too hard to be in the game and has so many tricky mechanics that I can’t even comprehend how you made your way through it. Additionally, the decoration in this chapter is lackluster and filled with incontinuities. Iam most certainly not looking forward to this chapter whatsoever. Also, what is the crowned lemon that keeps following you? It doesnt appear to aid your movement in any way during this playthrough. Does this signify that you are on pace for a speedrunning world record? I know that this game has a very large speedrunning community, and you seem to be going quite fast throughout most of the run. Anyways, this video was very cool to watch and I wish you good luck on future world record attempts.

Thank you so much for the strategy of plasma reactor flag. It felt super inconsistent and turned into luck issue for me all the way (especially the ultra + pushed by zipper in beginning) and you just saved my life🎉
