I know EXACTLY who this is & the traits you mentioned match him to a T... yes, he's got short dark hair, brown eyes & is tall. Yes, he's a libra (multiple placements) & yes, his middle & last names start with N & E... I would definitely be shocked if he got a reading about me, because while I read tarot for my own guidance & for very close friends, I'm the more spiritual one & he goes to church.
