That sidewalk unveiling has been epic. Someone sure has one heck of a water bill and since the meter isn't working, probably the town. Please do the house next door so we can see the remainder of the sidewalk!

Best lawn channel. I will now summarize why TK is the best.

TK is very polite shows humility and always shows the BEST from the homeowners. TK doesn't mega click bait he keeps the titles real and focuses on good work. In this video TK also is very mindful to haul all the lawn cuttings, i think this is by far the biggest difference between his and any other channel. Bagging clippings is really important to keeping a healthy lawn and a lot of services do not bag and that's okay, but TK goes above and beyond by bagging his clippings. Also by telling us about the preference of keeping the elephant ears, it shows TK is talking with the residents off camera and making sure what's happening to the lawn is what's best for the person living there.

Those are the reasons TK is the best.

Makes me wonder if the house next door is the leak issue if it's also abandoned since it looks like the leak is flowing down towards that spot. Great job clearing up what you could!

That super wet area at the end of the property is supposed to be a drainage run to the street, but there is so dirt/grass the water just settles in that spot. I bet if you did 6 feet further, and between the street and the sidewalk the water would drain.
Look at the driveway. When it rains water runs down to the street uninhibited, but it can not do that on the side with no driveway.
It is like a swamp. Water has no where to go.

If it weren't for you, this homeowner would have never realized his city water connection was leaking. This had to be costing him hundreds of dollars in high water bills. I hope they find the leak before they dig his front lawn up to look for it.
