Ukraine to receive 35 billion euros from EU | DW News

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen says the EU will lend Ukraine up to 35 billion euros to help with its war effort. She was speaking during on trip to Kyiv, where she's been holding talks with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
