As someone who's watched NANA from start to finish, before, I think it's a criminally underrated anime. I'll even go as far as to say it belongs in the conversation of god-tier anime, alongside the likes of Cowboy Bebop. Now that Sentai rescued it from the purgatory of obscurity, I hope NANA gets the recognition it so richly deserves.

Anyone calling nana overrated idk why. It was incredibly popular in the 2000s. Many cosplays of the series at cons and it was on several covers of shojo beat magazine issues. GE animation even made American merch for the series. It’s one of my favorites and I’m happy to see it be loved by new fans.
