Honkai Star Rail Easter egg The Shining in the Goethe Hotel.

You can unlock the easter egg after completing the story quest for Jarilo VI and interacting the doors in the Goethe Hotel

idk if anyone knows about it but there’s this girl in a house in rivet town waiting for her sister who the girl says often wears the bell. When you find the bell and bring it to her and ring it, the girl literally dies of grief for he sister dying. Mad dark and unexpected

What really gave me goosebumps was the interactions by the theater. By the theater, there’s an iron gate with a man standing by it. You can talk to him once a day and he says some pretty weird stuff about the back alley of the theater. First it starts out kinda weird with him suggesting that something is possessing people. His dialogue progressively gets worse and more panicky. On the second to last day, he’ll ask you to help him get out by unlocking the gate. You then get the option to ask gepard for the keys. However, gepard basically says “keys for the theater gate? There’s no gate by the theater” and the man vanishes. The next (and last) day, you can come back and he’ll be there again. You can talk to him but there’s something clearly wrong since he has a glazed/panicked look in his eyes (game description). He denies saying the stuff you bring up and basically says “there’s nothing wrong here. We’re all living happily”. This legit gave me goosebumps reading through and seeing him progressively get worse. It takes about 4 daily resets iirc.

They also have a side quest where you have to find a lady’s videotapes, and as she counts the missing ones, you join in saying: “1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3, drink” as a reference to Chandelier by Sia. There’s also the reference to the movie “Fight Club” in one of the responses to the main story after we see… well the fight club, and in another side quest where we have to fight, and we end up going against a guy with a robot named “Beat-Ka-Choo” referencing Pikachu. I honestly love this game.. ❤😭

I found another obscure one during the punklorde mentality companion mission. Basically silver wolf steals some researchers identity to board the station at the beginning of the game and when you find this out with that same researcher, the mc makes a reference to among us saying “I knew you were the imposter among us!”

Did you know that if you tried to get to get cable cars before getting back to belogog, then if you try to go down there 3 times, the 3rd time you get a pop up saying "For some reason, a sweet female voice pops into your head: How about we explore the area ahead of us later?" Very clearly referring to Paimon

Ngl i was so surprised seeing all of these weird things in the game, cuz i played both honkai and genshin before star rail and they definitely felt like they were restricted when it comes to anything because of the strict regulations and so i though "wait, are they allowed to do that??" when i did the closet thing in the hotel and if anything i'm so glad they decided to up their game when it comes to such easter eggs without being too restricted

Jarilo-VI is kinda like ghost town, like Cyrille quest (mysterious girl/mysterious woman) they really give you puzzle quest with disturbing story

Ps:- if u fight in the fight club in underworld where 5 fights stage happens one of the challenger's name is Ash and his fight bots name is Beat ka Referencing to Pokemon's Ash and Pikachu

Theres also a rick Roll easter egg, open up your phone, open Data Bank > Factions then scroll down until you find Elation. One of them have a yellow text note made by "Ast Rickley" which is.. You know Rick Astley
