when i worked for the DOC, i had a captain just like him. very intimidating. he wanted the job done and you gave it to him. and he knew that you could handle it. i respected it and admired it.

Always foxed me why a boss of a department never had anything in his office.. Just looked like he tossed it off all the time to me! just wasn't realistic really to have an empty office.
