l had bad losses and i learnt from it not to go for homeruns, dont trade on major news releases, dont go to tight with ur stops and give it a little extra space to ticker little, dont go againts a strong pair, and ect. i learnt alot from these losses it made me a better trader so i look losses now as edicatinal fee and an expense so losses arent bad its part of the game, u need those losses in order to master the game

There's a "sweet spot", careful balance and fine line between dwelling on it constructively and dwelling on it destructively. That's why negative emotions are extremely useful and unhelpful when ignored... it's there at the very least to tell you to pay attention and to learn. It's a complicated way to describe it, but it does lend itself on the area of valuing wellness in survival. This applies to all areas in life, let alone trading!

Good tutorial Mark! I go one further if I've take bigger lose than
than my acceptable capital loss on a trade. I'll do what I call a trade autopsy. I'll even do a trade autopsy on some winners, if I haven't ran to optimum price target.

Can you explain why the price data for International Greetings PLC (UK 100) on Corespreads is different from that on TradingView (code IGR on TradingView)? The close for 22Nov19 is 662 on TradingView but only 643 on Corespreads. Why?

I've recorded my biggest looser and the months leading to the eventual LOSS!! =).. my thought process, my "reasoning" and why I couldn't accept the loss sooner.. every month I re-watch my videos and I find my self repeat.."What a dumb F**K, seriously are you blind clearly you are wrong!" it's also re-assures me that I've evolved as a trader and haven't had a bad beating in the market since.
