I love your channel, but it may help a lot more if you explained the WHYs. If you just tell us to do this or that but not why, we'll never learn when we need to use certain features in different ways. for instance, why the GoPro setting?

How can I reduce the file size to the barest minimum and export with alpha channel

The only problem is that the video is a few GB

For some reason, this isn't working for me. I've made the lower third, exported with Quicktime and selecting 'GoPro CineForm RGB 12-bit with alpha at Maximum Bit Depth" and all I get is either a black background or the black background with lower third is still there when I put the transparent video on V2 timeline. Can anyone clarify what I'm doing wrong?
