Honestly, I appreciate the fact that they took a lil' part of the hand too, so that the missing finger didn't leave such a blatant gap. This way it's more likely to be mistaken as a genetic quirk, and a pretty cute one, honestly

That surgeon did incredible work. You barely notice there is a finger missing.

A doctor misdiagnosed my moms cut finger as fine. Two days later the ER said she had blood poisoning and hours to live. Everyone was amazed she was able to keep her finger and she obviously dropped her GP that missed her insane infection.

The surgeon did an amazing job. Her hand looks pretty good.
If she said she'd been born that way, I'd believe it. Her hand looks more elegant than either of my "normal" ones 😂
