Don't need to use any VPN!
You need to change your DNS to Google's public DNS.
IPv4:
8.8.8.8 and/or 8.8.4.4
IPv6 can be setup in the same place.
Googles IPv6 DNS:
2001:4860:4860::8888
2001:4860:4860::8844
It worked for me, hopefully going to work for you also!
As it solved for me I don't know any other method, try to search on forums.

Works on mobile using the same internet connection but will not connect on PC.... the forums say I have to contact internet provider but if it was my internet than it wouldn't be working on Mobile and not PC

Проблема решается в 3 клика Если у вас ошибка входа в сервер ! найти папку с логами и удалить их ! Заходим в лаунчер - жмём - настройки -общий - логи игры (открыть папку с логами )и удаляем всё ! после этого всё заработает !
