15 Strongest Marvel Characters Who Could Return In Secret Wars

Way back in the before times, when massive crossover events for superheroes were few and far between, there were two stories that changed the way we view big comic book universes - one was DC’s Crisis of Infinite Earths. But the other was Marvel Superheroes: Secret Wars.

When Marvel’s most powerful heroes and villains were pitted against each other on an alien world by an all powerful being in this 12-part epic, the Marvel universe officially got interconnected, and the story entered the history books - enough so that a whole 30 years later, the title was used again, this time to commemorate an event where the Multiverse began to collapse in on itself, and every alternate Earth battled for survival.

It’s no wonder fans of the famously-interconnected MCU have been clamoring for a Secret Wars adaptation for years and years - and now it’s finally been made official that, come 2026, the Secret Wars will happen.

What shape it will take and which characters will be in it remains a mystery so far, but we’re all eager to take our guesses, make our wishes and share our predictions - especially with the news that Kevin Feige is in talks with every actor that ever portrayed a Marvel character, even well before the MCU itself began, and across various distributors.

It’s shaping up to be a heck of an event - and we’re all for it all the way - bring on the chaos and let’s see the old and the new butt heads in an epic fashion!
