Hey there, found your channel from a video posted by Rob Greenfield. Neat video for small scale grain harvesting, and your whole philosophy of enjoying the “process of living” - I was discouraged baking bread knowing how much more expensive it was to buy flour and put time into it compared to buying finished bread at the store - not that I needed to save money, but that making bread was by that standard impractical, and the value of that work diminished within an economy of scale. But hey, it might feel different adding in home grown grains - and your loaf turned out beautifully! Subscribed. :) Thank you!
