Lots of larger organizations are on the path towards implementing agile with varying degrees of success. A Practical Approach to Large-Scale Agile Development is based on a recently published book that covers how HP leveraged agile principles to dramatically improve the productivity for the development of the LaserJet FW. It will include what was changed based on what was found to work and the associated benefits for the business. The discussion will then focus on a new paradigm for thinking about implementing Agile in the Enterprise that came out of this work. This approach focuses more on "Making the Enterprise Agile" versus the more traditional approach of "Enabling small agile teams in the Enterprise".

I am a Senior R&D Program Manager for product development and production implementation. I fully understand how Agile methodology works well for software, but when it comes to prototyping & testing, hardware, and lead times for tools/molds how do we move faster there for our customers? For example, we get feedback on the design, but now it requires new or modified tools. That in itself will set back the program weeks/months. Is there any video's on Large Scale Agile when it comes to these type of program?
