I think there’s only one Demon Realm and that’s because when they were traveling to universe 7 they had an option to go to different universes. Having access to multiple universes is crazy

It doesn’t take place in age 775, it takes place November 774. Remember, Buu saga happened in may. They made 1 wish and then the dragon was sent away and needed to be regathered in 6 months to make their second wish(which was to erase everyone’s memory of majin Buu). 6 months after may is November and Trunks is apparently born November 766. So the show takes place in November Age 774

Daima will probably have a song intro when the second episode comes, a LOT of newer anime has been following the pattern of no intro song in the first episode so you have a proper introduction (then more likely than not playing the intro song at the end of the first episode), and then a song at the start and a song at the end of each subsequent episode.

I'm glad Dragon Ball is back on TV after 6 years. It's just unforgettable and I was very happy with the episode. Honestly, half of the running time was a good quick recap of Buu Saga with better visuals, animation and fights. After that, you really start thinking about a DB remake and not just the OG. I know that not many fans want it, and I was skeptical myself. But I think that with a season and new animation, updated fights and this remake can be great. Source material for it been done for a long time. One Piece hasn't finished yet, but Netflix and Wit Studio making a remake. I think Dragon Ball won't be an exception.
