If I recall correctly this was around the same time that enchantment was implemented. So it was there, we just didn't know about it.

1.0 is my favorite version of the game. It has the nether, the end, creative, and great survival, but none of the new combat stuff or any other junk Minecraft today has. Even though 1.12 has more of everything, this is still my favorite way to play.

Oh god the times has changed i remeber the times when there was very little to do in Minecraft but yet i loved the game and the simplicity added this magical charm to it there was nothing quite as Minecraft thees times and i can say i enjoyed it as much as i do enjoy Minecraft today : )

At a time like this, I didn't know a game called Minecraft, and I only played on the Playstation 2, I didn't even know what the Playstation 3 was.
