Excepting the fact that the 328 isn't really the successor of the 288 GTO, this is just another of your "piece of art" videos. I can't wait to the third part!

The 328 was not the successor to the 288 GTO, it was the successor to the 308.
The 288 GTO was a Homologation Special, hence the "GTO" badge. It was designed & built for 1980s Group B racing. When Group B was discontinued Ferrari decided to turn the 288 into a road car and thus making it their inaugural "Halo" car. It's the predecessor of the F40, F50, Enzo (F60) and the latest Halo being the LaFerrari.

A bit of an error I noticed: the GTO was not in fact succeeded by the 308 GTB. It was actually more like the 308GTB served as the basis for Ferrari's Group B rally entry, the engine was made smaller but more powerful because of the turbos added (in some places the car is called the 288 GTO). Group B eventually got cancelled and Ferrari's 308 based race car never got to race but the road going version that was mandatory at the time to enter Group B did which is the car we all know and love today. The 308 was eventually replaced by the 328 and then the 348 (which is the lineage that leads to today's 488 GTB and F8 Tributo) but the 288 GTO was its own standalone model with its spiritual successor being the F40. In fact the F40 was based on a special racing prototype of the 288 GTO called the 288 GTO Evoluzione.

The 360 Modena’s actual 0-60mph time is 4.3 seconds, not 2.5 as inaccurately stated in this video.

the Ferrari F50 is based on the Mythos and the Mythos is based on the Testarossa.

So does that mean the Ferrari F50 is based based on the Testarossa?
