Thanks Adam, the take away reminds of your video on leadbetters “takeaway” which I purchased. It helps but your next point is the single hardest thing for us amateurs to overcome .. and that’s swinging with a vengeance at that ball with the arms. I have been working on timing a more passive arms but before you realize it, well… I am gripping the club tightly and trying to pulverize that ball. It seems so simple, yet .. alas my brain doesn’t “figure things out” I have to fight it everyday. I will see you after the new year at Mediterra adam. Help’!

Love the way you always tie your teaching to natural athletic movements.

Another good vid. One thing Ive never seen addressed:

My friend moves everything at once (right hip and club) as do many or most pros I suppose. But, he yanks the club inside and does the ole OTP loop as he goes into impact.

Is it possible or even advisable to move the club head back or away from the ball 1.5 to 2 feet before you engage your coil...or before you move your hips?
Seems like this might preclude the "inside yank" that plagues so many golfers.

Hi Adam, do you believe the hands swing from the top and the body reacts or does the body move first and the hands drop into place? I'm talking feel, because clearly every good players hips move before the hand when you slow mo the swing but is that just an instant reaction to the hands?

Adam, on the last drill with the arms dropping, how do you avoid hitting behind the ball?
