Good and bad. The pedicabs are a huge danger and nuisance. They drive very fast, their engines are super loud as is their music, its usually loud drunk people in them and they swerve back and forth between people. I have lived Downtown for 6 years now and have an e scooter I have ridden for almost 5 on the waterfront, its actually a walking aid as I'm disabled and I walk and scoot most days, when I scoot, its at 5-7 miles per hour, never faster, I'm very considerate of people and dogs unlike these pedicab jerks that swerve and have zero consideration for pedestrians playing their very loud music. These pedicab bums are alcoholics and drug addicts too, they smoke weed and drink alcohol during their shifts too. There are a few people that ride very heavy and very fast e bikes and go super fast and also completely inconsiderate, there's an asian guy that rides an electric cross trainer machine that honks at everyone and goes full speed, why should considerate people like me be penalized for the behavior of these buffoons? I can't make it to the waterfront without my scooter, its too far. At night the pedicab drivers get even more aggressive, one of them made a u turn suddenly without looking back and nearly ran over me and then he just ran away cussing at me in arabic language, I called the phone number on the pedicab and they just kept hanging up the phone on me when they knew why I was calling, they are disgusting people!

I use a e-scooter as a disability mobility device as a regular mobility scooter is way too expensive, over 3k which I can't afford.

Have the homeless drive pedicabs so they'll have something to ride out of town.

that's ridiculous, there aren't that many pedicab drivers downtown, maybe 50 total and they can easily get other jobs, they are never considerate and they are very loud, I use an electric scooter to get around and as a mobility device and they are always nearly running me over, they have no manners and blast their music too loud, I think they are a nuisance
