[AI REMASTER] DREAM THEATER - Another Hand (Live At The Marquee 1993)

Hey folks! So I've been receiving quite a few requests to remaster some more Dream Theater Stuff, so here's an overly underrated gem (if there's such a thing lol): "Another Hand/The Killing Hand", a medley the group made in 1993 in their first live album, "Live At The Marquee".

The process was mostly the same as usual but with a lot more of background echo removal in the beginning in order to have a material a bit less overproduced than the final album product. After that I made the usual audio levels matching using the open source Matchering library to raise the bass to a reasonable level and separated the stereo channels a bit.

Then I made the instrument separation using the state of the art Demucs v4 model, a free and open source model provided by Facebook Research. Being this a brand new release, the instruments came crisper and brighter than ever, it's a pleasure to have not to worry about generating background noise with each channel change!

Given the conditions and the fact we're dealing with a live track I decided to create an echo chamber applying different convolution effects to each instrument, giving the whole song a sense of depth it never had. It's a first attempt so I'm sure it's far from perfect.
