Incredible in Agyemang's first 2 games for the USMNT he's now scored 2 goals. Bro just keeps levelling up 👏

As a Charlotte FC fan love to see this guy finally getting some respect for all the hard work he's put in.

Much respect to this guy for making it to the MLS, he deserves it, but Vardy’s story is 10 times crazier than this.

There is a ton of talent coming out of college and lower leagues right now. Last season, Miami drafted Yannick Bright, and he became a first 11 starter by the second month, playing ahead of players worth millions.

That’s very commendable from this lad.

For those who don't understand D3 college soccer in the US.

It's almost like the other 2 divisions where you get to soccer for your college with the school paying for your costs, but not only is Division 3 the lowest.

All D3 can't give you athletic scholarships due to lack of money (not really, but essentially they don't pay that much for athletic programs like other schools in higher divisions do) so they give you a scholarship for your grades. D3 focuses more on the student part of the student-athlete.

I'm Charlotte fan, I live in the region, have been to 4 games and watched every single game, I love Aygemang and the rest of the team like Kahlina, Westwood, and Abada. And Dean Smith and next year we're going for that MLS cup.

This highlights the importance of having deep structures in sports. The US has it with basketball, football (gridiron) and soccer from school to university to professional level. South Africa has a similar set up with rugby to the point where if you have talent someone will notice
