How can Titans feed only on Radiation?

Godzilla does not really depend only on radiation as a food source. The nutritional requirement of any animal to replace cells and organic material which would mean that the titan has to eat other animals and titans to gain material for bodybuilding. This would mean that Godzilla and the other titans either lose so little of their organic makeup over millions of years or they synthesize their own proteins like plants and certain fungi. If not then it means that they do occasionally attack and feed on other animals and other titans which would, in turn, explain the extremely low population of titans on the planet.

Depends on which godzilla are you talking about, legendary feeds on radiation, mostly due to his size and the giant energetic demand it generates, radiation produces a lot of energy, and for an animal 120m tall and 100k tons of weight which can use a radiation blast as defensive capability, makes sense, and so with the other titans and their respective energy source, rodan a volcano, mothra luminicense, ghidorah electricity, and the list goes on

While radiation may be a titan's main source of food, they don't always have to stick with just that. Rodan and Ghidorah ate a few people and planes like candy in the movie. Godzilla may even occasionally munch on a fish indirectly if one gets in its mouth while it's swimming.

Living things eat food because of two things, Energy Source and Body Material. The energy source Titans need are fullfilled through the radiation of the Earth. The body material is unclear, yet it can be accomplished through eating minerals deep in the Earth or eating other Titans or just other beings, but we don't really know what Titan Cells are made of, they probably don't even die through aging so they never need replacement constantly; only probably when wounded.

Well, Mike Dougherty mentioned in a Tweet Thread that the Titans are radioactive, Godzilla feeds on radiation, the Titans have radiation in their bodies, ergo Godzilla eats them.
