I dont think you are quitting youtube because of recommendation videos, I think its because the recent SEBI laws .(AUTHENTIC FINANCIAL CREATORS)

I don't see videos from channels I subscribed, but just any random channel.
They are mostly funny ones instead of informative ones.

Same thing done by Lesics, a great science channel. They said the same thing, YouTube recommend only entertainment stuff and not educational, and they get less views cause of that resulting in making them less video on YouTube and began uploading on patreon for a better money.

Agree ... infact YT is focusing more on Shorts and usme bhi koi logic mahi hai nobody knows what algorithm will push your video in short feed.

I agree that YouTube suggest random irrelevant videos to everyone, even I also fed-up with that but the people who wants your video can subscribe you and always follow you as your financial helping videos are boon to us.

If you getting unrelated video in your homepage then you can simply do "not interested" on clicking three dots. It will take 2 minutes to clean your homepage and then refresh. but Youtube start showing unrelated videos again after some time like one month. So I clean my youtube homepage every month.

I thought it was me alone who was feeling the heat on YouTube by not getting enough views on my credit card channel. It’s so sad that cringe content in the form of reels and shorts and killed the long format content. Can feel your pain.
