Who's still listening in 2024? 311 has gotten me through every difficult time in my life. When i listen to any of their songs from the past 30 yrs it reminds me of a difficult time i eventually made it through 😭

Played this song for my dad as he was taking his final breaths! He was in a medical indused coma, due to stage 4 colon cancer! But I was literally wiping sweat with a rag off his forehead as he passed! The song was seconds from ending when he passed, it's a moment with 311 that once again I will always have! This is the most special band in the world to me. RIP dad, 12-21-2018. Peace to all of you and Namaste everyone!

amazing song when my brother passed from brain cancer, we played this song as his funeral. we always went to see 311 in concert together. i still love 311 but its just not them same since he passed. rest in peace my brother Alex Fulton.. love you and miss you everyday .

My dad passed away when my brother and I were on the 311 cruise in 2017. We got the call in the middle of the Gulf of Mexico. 311 proceeded to play this in their set that night and I completely lost it. Now every time I hear it I think of that, but not in a bad way

I absolutely love the "hidden track" after this too. I imagine its a peaceful day sitting on a lawn chair in the backyard with a drink and peaceful thoughts. Love it.

This song became my comfort and helped me get through the death of my father. 311 really is a unique and amazing band..their music got me through so many highs and lows over the years.

311 was my dad’s favorite band that’s all we listened to growing up. Dad passed couple months ago and everyday is still hard but Ik he’s ok and watching over us. I’ve heard this song plenty of times before, but now I’m at work and I finally get the lyrics. It’s ok he doesn’t have to deal with all the pain he had to deal with anymore. Miss ya dad❤️

I'm trying to hold it together. My father is on the losing side of a medical battle....we don't have long with him. He's been unresponsive for a week. We have tests coming back tomorrow which will determine if we keep him on the vent or you are making his hard time for me and my family, just a littler easy....I love you guys saw my 24 show last week in St. Louis

This song has many meanings for all of us. For me, it means life goes on. After my mom died almost 3 years ago, i realize that i need to be grateful. Life DOES go on. And on. And on. Its ok. Anything you go through WILL pass. And its ok. Just be thankful for your life. It will end one day. Thank you to 311 for showing me that life is precious.
