Bad IOL that gives him no time and pocket to step up into, inconsistent run game, one true reliable target in Ladd and at times Palmer...Herbert is doing incredible with what he has on offense. Another off-season or two, Harbaugh and Hortiz will have this team dialed in and a juggernaut in the AFC. I just hope Spanos keeps both of them long term and give them the reins to put the team they want together.
