You guys are doing the Lord's work. America needs small EV pickups with brutal utilitarian design.

I REALLY appreciate Jason's explanation of safety and the crumple zone, particularly as an autistic physicist (who has made a down payment on this truck!), and a safety engineer who was the architect for the LCLS radiation safety system. Yes, I'm basically Sheldon Cooper.

Concerning the interior, I have one request: PLEASE don't make everything on a touch panel! There's a reason why they don't do this on planes, and it's instant tactile accessibility. Deep options on the touch panel are awesome, but I want to be able to change cabin temperature, fan speed, and the radio station with a single touch, not navigating a menu. Also, consider user-assignable knobs/buttons, so various users might have access to controls that are important to them.

Cheers, I'm looking forward to my truck!!! (and I'm going to put a shell on it, even if I have to customize my own - glad to see the aerodynamic analysis, you're great for being so transparent!).

Small pickups are what America needs again and is why the Kei truck craze is ongoing.

Never thought I would be the type of guy to be interested in buying a truck, but here we are

I only got interested in this company through Drew. Found out about them through his channel. And seeing him as the head of the Media makes it even more accessible for me. Thank you for explaining with your great sense of humor.

That is the coolest thing I've seen all year. I've got the nation's first flying car. The team is taking a cross-country flying car tour and we need to team up!

I hope the 8' bed makes it to production. Being able to haul sheet goods with the tail gate closed is why I became a reservation holder.

'm really excited about Telo's innovative approach to electric trucks! I'd love to see more updates on your development process and how you're tackling quality assurance. Keep up the great work!

Well that was quick. Jump right in, get things done! One thing you seem to be getting used to is not talking about they, but we. Congratulations on your new perspective of TELO.

I really like the Telo's looks. Unlike most modern cars that look like pieces of crumpled paper, the Telo seems to bring back the rugged beauty of a work truck - man's best friend.

I’m all for efficient vehicle design and wish Telo the best in getting this vehicle to market — soon!

You kept the same vibe, with some extra flare I like it. I think some yt shorts that grab random peoples attention would be ideal for the most outreach possible. This truck is sick and more people need to know about it

I really like the fact that they've gotten rid of the massive hood/bonnet you see on most EVs these days - this is the kind of "reimagining of the car" I was expecting to see in the EV market. The driving position also means you don't need a front window to see through (aka Canoo) but your knees don't become the crumple zone (old VW Kombi). The design looks like it wouldn't take much to turn it into a 7-seater van with 3 rows of seats (2+2+3). Conversely, with that open front wheel arch, fitting it with offroad tyres might also be interesting.

Looking forward to see their progress from afar here in Australia.

I'm very excited to see what this company does because in a sense for a very general DIY family guy. This truck would really hit on all the needed points from what I've been seeing. Very excited for what's coming next!

Telo + Aptera would be the only two EVs to meet all my needs and my families! It would be amazing if the two could become one company or Partners in the future!

love those technical videos. Please more of that.
Also if you dont mind it would be nice to have SI-units (km, mm, Nm etc) on display for us non-americans. :)
