Long time follower of your channel here! I have to admit, that I was inspired by your channel specifically to also build a shelter and sleep in the woods. I showed it in a video I uploaded yesterday. Keep on doing what you're doing!

Shawn thank you for completing your raised hunting blind shelter in the woods! You did a outstanding job with the design. Now install a hand winch for raising the deer to harvest the wild game meat. Then it will work as a cleaning station also! Love the channel. Be safe stay healthy, & God Bless everyone

I need one of those! At 61 years old, winters are getting colder in the deer stand. I'm like you, I will probably have to build it myself, but it would be worth it

You sir are a regular ole engineer, carpenter, outdoorsman, entertainer, veteran, mentor, educator, and all around good guy. Thanks and keep it coming. Enjoyed by all who watch.

I know the algorithm is kicking your ass, but I have been enjoying the hell out of the videos where you’re building structures(I enjoy your bushcraft videos too). Keep up the great content brother. You’re inspiring.

You don’t have to defend yourself against the haters. Thousands and thousands of people open YouTube on Sunday just to watch your content. Those who watch to only criticize, would have never made it through the crucible!
Keep up the good work!

Final thoughts were amazing today. That was some real talk. Decent people should want to see others, around themselves, do well.

I'm impressed that you built that whole thing by yourself...always on brand, showing us what we can do on our own if we have the right mindset. Thank you for another great class!

As to the Final Thoughts...I picked up what you were putting down. Often, it's the Corporals who are trusted more than the company commanders. Keep taking care of your people, and your people will take care of you.

Screw the man. I wanna see more of this. It’s appreciated by the few who watch it all the way through. Nice work

I always enjoy watching you build! Whether you are making the western Taj Mahal with a creative tarp configuration, or a one-of-a-kind bushcraft fort, or even a off-grid tiny house on your new property. Thanks for taking the time to share your many skills with us!
