If everyone was really rude then that means you were just getting unlucky I’ve visited Paris a few times and I have never encountered anything but kindness!

You went to Paris to see the Eiffel Tower, and then you saw the Eiffel Tower. Why are you complaining? I studied abroad in Paris and the food was amazing and the nightlife was really fun. I would go back to that time in my life in a heartbeat.

Paris is lovely, you just have to have the perspective that it has a culture, understand the hustory and realise it's not just for tourist, millions of people live there

It's like Los Angeles where you first thought many of its places will look so celebrity-like but then many of the streets are so sketchy after you touch down

In Paris there is the mirror effect. You get what you give. Luckily for Paris they welcome mostly educated well mannered tourists and that's why 90% of them are repeat visitors, were delighted with their stay and plan to go again. That's how you become and remain the most visited city in the world for years despite all the botched videos here and there.

I was in Paris in November 23 and it was amazing. Clean the people were all very friendly and there was so much culture everywhere you looked. Also if you go to paris take some time to learn some french before hand and learn about the culture and what is expected etiquette while you're there. You are traveling to someone's home. You have to remember it's not your house not your rules and when you except that you will have the best trip imaginable and will forever long to be back.

I love Paris! Since I was a kid till in now in my early twenties, I’ve always thought it was beautiful. The only “rude” people I’ve met, were retail workers, but even they weren’t that rude. Just not as friendly as they should heb

Weird I’ve been to Paris a few times always found it beautiful and if it’s dirty well it’s dirty like any other large city. I found everyone helpful and kind, I speak French and was so nervous I would get torn apart when speaking French but everyone was so nice to me.

I was born in Paris and lived there for 14 years. 90 % of Parisians I have spoken to told me if they could leave the city and move elsewhere they would. This tells you all you need to know about the state of Paris. Btw it was literally voted the RUDEST city in a survey a few years ago. To be clear it’s a very beautiful city with very rich culture and History, but there is no denying that it’s very dirty and the people are particularly unpleasant, even by big city standards!

I went to Paris and had so much fun and the people were super kind, a random guy in the train station helped us find out where to go.

If everyone is driving in the wrong direction, my first thought wouldn't be "everyone is driving like assholes". Perhaps it is me who is driving in the wrong direction.
