I remember growing up dodge used to be a car brand for the average consumer… nobody wants an 70K - 90K dodge. If people want to spend that much money they will be shopping at BMW/MB and not at dodge 🤦‍♂️

Too damn expensive that’s the main reason, the number one reason!

I have to disagree about the demand for electric cars, for example, Ford can't GIVE the Mach E away, many EV models are being scaled back in production, and even Tesla sales aren't great. High prices and low quality are doing Stellantis in.

There is no demand for EV trucks outside of the tech bro demographic. Based on recent layoffs in tech, that demographic is dwindling. Seriously, though…WTF is this guy doing saying that EV demand is blunting ICE sales? That’s just dumb.

No one wants EVs, High prices for vehicles, high insurance, higher maintenance cost, higher prices of other goods and homes, unstable work environments (laid off 5 times because I was last hired)

They can keep em
People paid too much!

The reason is simple...greed. Car makers think they can continue producing high margin vehicles and overpricing them even further. The winner will be whomever finally decides to start producing more moderate and lower priced vehicles (without quality going to crap) in quantity.

The problem with Stellantis is over pricing.

I disagree with buyers want EV. Stellantis needs to improve their quality and the 2nd thing is they are over priced.

I call Bs. There is no stiff competition with gas trucks and ev trucks. None. Everyone that bought a ev truck regrets it. And there ain't that many on road. Maybe in that shithole California. That's it. Trucks r sitting because they cost 80k and 90k.

None of this has to do with electric vehicles! Electric vehicles are not doing well across-the-board, because they’re way way too expensive!

EVs sales are stagnating - especially the trucks

Most articles and videos that discuss CJDR vehicles mention quality and reliability as concerns. Prices are ridiculous too. Competition offers many better choices. Stellantis needs to face these realities and start giving great deals and offering more appealing vehicles. Otherwise, see ya!

Delusional pricing (ie. wranglers for $45-80K+)

And greedy greedy dealerships

I can tell you why these vehicles aren’t moving off the lot! You’ve got them jacked up so high the people really can’t afford them, and the fact that you’re selling a product that you know has issues and you do not and cannot get the parts to repair it! Prime example I have a coworker that bought a Jeep grand Cherokee brand new 2023 model and in the first year it spent six months in the shop because it would not start, nor would it drive her anywhere and they couldn’t get the parts, but yet she was making payments on it! Example have a boss that just received his brand new Hummer EV in May about a week prior to us having a really bad hailstorm, yes it was damaged in the storm. One of his glass ceiling or roof windows was busted not completely out just shattered, but yet they can’t replace it because they can’t get the part! I know for a fact, he paid cash for his car so he can afford to go to probably some custom glass shop and possibly have him a new glass replacement made for his new Hummer EV that was less than a week old but shame on the dealership! Why are we buying and selling vehicles that you cannot get parts for? That you can’t repair? You don’t really know what the issues are except that there are issues?
As for Jeep/ram/Dodge dealership in my hometown, it is the worst dealership in our town if you want to get screwed over, go buy from them because those folks over there are worthless by the way manufacturer. These are the type of people that are selling your product hence the reason why there are so many of them still sitting on the yards .
