Power BI Update - March 2023

Welcome to the March 2023 Power BI Desktop Feature Summary! This release you’ll find On-Object interaction, which allows you to right-click on a visual to access the format pane, updates to the way you can apply slicers on your reports using a new Apply All Slicers button, Multiple Audiences in the Power BI app, email subscriptions for scorecards, and the General Availability of Storytelling in PowerPoint. Are the Power BI Smart Narratives really insightful - i find them pretty basic and the multiple insights are just repeating the same fact in different ways. Does anyone else have a better experience or tips to make this better?

On-object interaction is a great feature - quick formatting like in Excel. Apply/ clear all filters is also very useful and users will save time creating these extra buttons. PowerPoint is also changing its face by integrating PBI interactivity feature.

Now give me the option to change the spacing of the gridlines (for major grids, and add minor grids too), please!

Just waiting for BookMark Navigation to be added to Field Parameters, so a slicer can be used to list pages or objects to navigate to.

You wouldn't have done this would you? Did the car leave the garage without one of the wheels? In this case, I do not see any options for changing the aggregation type for any data I add through on object interaction. I add the data through the floating box at the top right and everything defaults to SUM. I don't see anywhere to change to average, min, max or whatever. Either we write DAX aggregation functions or measures, or accept the default SUM for our visuals.

Really nice enhancements, just a suggestion for the Clear All function, can Edit Interactions in the Format pane be enabled for the buttons?

I enabled on-object interaction and had to go back as I cannot find the option to change the aggregation that will be shown in the visualization.

Previously, one had the "show value as" option, but I cannot find it now. Does anyone know where the option went?

on object interaction is great addin to Power bi . I have been using this feature in excel for long time and it is very helpful . I also liked the Smart narrative engine's Storytelling in Power BI ( Ppt) a lot . Also, thanks for reducing PBI developers effort to create bookmarks for handling APPLY FILTER and CLEAR FILTER

This update has no option of conditional formatting for table. The x and y parmeters were auto self pushed in previous version but now you select htme.

ON-Object Interaction is the most favourite and easy to use quickly working and meeting the desired actions to be applied quickly and efficiently without having to remember from side menu.

this is all great additions, , but i do not find the analytics Tab when i turned on the new feature to add constant lines as before, , is it normal or this was moved to a different place
