If you open the cap while the engine is idling, the idle after opening must be different. If the idle (speed or sound) is the same, it means a vacuum leak.

The changes he is showing is the suction when opening the cap. There should be no sucking noise. Meaning vacuum leak.

It’s not really bad. I have a new VW Arteon and it is the same. There should be slight vacum in header however the cap should not be sucked really hard to open. Thise is not hard! It’s as it should be!

I hope you see this because there is some confusion in the comments and i can understand that. The sound you hearing, like "bubbling" is not the problem and you may hear this on your engine.
The problem here is that "sucking" nois when he's opening the cap. If you hear a sucking nois you probably have some vacuumleak and a faulty pcv and you may experience heavy smoking at idle from your exhaust, refilling oil more than usual, rough idle.

Do u know how to check this if car isnt running? For sum reason my car misfires then shuts off wen i start it, code reader says misifre 1and 2 but all coils an spark plugs are fine idk what it could be beaides this or something with vanos

If i do this to my e46 n46b20 engine, the engine almost stalls when i open the cap only a little bit. I close it quick and then repeat (open/close) then i can open de cap without stall, but idle is different and their is something tickling. Is it normal? And also very much blue smoke when driving

Je to takle v pořádku? Chystám se na výměnu separatoru a všech hadic. Otáčky se mi po otevření víčka taky změní. Mám trochu vyšší spotřebu oleje ale jinak nepoznam zda je to opravdu třeba vyměnit nebo ne 😞
