The home button is capacitive, all you need to do is tap the button and it will go back, no need for a swipe. A full press acts as a home button.

You don't have to swipe on the home button to go back, you just tap it as if were a normal capacitive button. That lets you go back one, as if it were the back button, and if you press into it it works as a home button.

If you slide up either side of the home button you will get to recent opened apps, then just swipe them up to close them. Also like other people have mentioned you tap the home button to go back and press to go home. Looks like you've got the international version with google play store pre installed. I should be getting mine in the next week from amazon. Look forward to more videos on this device

Hmm so that's how the button works...interesting. Wonder how popular will it be in the time to come. Makes sense on bigger phablets otherwise people are quite happy with the usual three button setup.

App opening was a bit slow, or was it just the transitions?! Going into developer menu and setting all three transition effects to 0.5 really makes phones snappier.

A tip:-You don't need to swipe left on button to go back...you need to just hold it for half of sec..like you do on other phns with capacitive button phns... :) :)
