Показать описание
Dr. Charles H. “Trey” Wilson III is an Associate Professor of Political Science and has been a PSIA faculty member since 2007.
He earned his Ph.D. in social science education and his M.A. in history from the University of Georgia in 2008 and 2006, respectively. In addition, Dr. Wilson received an M.S. in the history of technology from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1999, a Master of Public Administration degree (MPA) from North Georgia College & State University (now UNG) in 2005, and a J.D. from the University of Toledo in 1996. He is currently pursuing his fourth master’s degree, this time in “strategic intelligence” at the National Intelligence University in Bethesda, Maryland.
Dr. Wilson advises primarily pre-law students and serves as the Law School Admission Council’s official representative for UNG. He has been recognized by the UNG Student Government Association as an “Outstanding Advisor” four times. He offers students much insight into law school from his having voluntarily attended four different law schools in route to earning his law degree, something that may be a unique achievement among lawyers nationwide.
In addition to assisting undergraduate students #experiencemore in the classroom, Dr. Wilson is the internship coordinator for political science students on the Gainesville campus; the founder and faculty sponsor of the UNG Pre-law Society, and the faculty sponsor of the Pi Sigma Alpha Political Science Honor Society.
