I'm Scottish and live in Edinburgh I've been to the vaults once and came out with a bruise around my wrist in the shape of fingers...never again. We don't go down because we know fine well what's down there.

I was on a ghost walk tour in Edinburgh and of course visited the vaults as part of the tour, where i captured orbs in photos i took in a room that i got an odd vibe from.

There was a table with a chair pulled out, i felt like someone was sitting there and took pictures.

Sure enough when i examined the pictures, there were orbs galore in that very spot and in a short video clip i made too.

Absolutely hilarious commentary with terrific visuals! Normally I sneer at visuals that are obviously "unreal" (like eleven different cats that are intended to represent a single feline in whatever lame storyline the narrator is droning on about), but the coffin being danced across the bridge (which looks like something straight out of New Orleans -- can almost hear "When the Saints Go Marching In"!!!😅) caused me to crack up completely in a totally GOOD way! I thoroughly enjoyed the virtual tour. Thank you so much for brightening my rainy day! 🤗💕🎶

I've been in the south bridge vaults, it's very spooky down there and damp and dark but fun to explore, watch out for the infamous ghost Mr. Boots down there

Done a tour avour 7 yrs ago. Never had any ghosties but few people on the tour claimed they did. Will go bacl again

I've played enough Fallout to know that there's rarely anything good in an abandoned vault. Your best-case scenario is probably some kind of horrific failed social experiment that collapsed into murderous paranoia... I've been down Mary King's close, which is fun but very much a tourist trap. I'd love to go round some of the less busy vaults- they look like a good time.

Got back from Edinburgh last week. Did the Vault Tour. Fascinating - Yes, Entertaining - Yes, Haunted - NO.

I have never believed in ghosts or the supernatural, but there is one thing that has happened to me I cannot explain, as I was taking the tour in the vaults, I briefly saw to the right side of my eye, a man in a brown tweed suit and top hat, walking across the hallway far down very swiftly and he was very prim proper and straight as he walked. To this day I cant explain what that was, because it was too vivid to be a trick of light to me!

Made the vault tour. Felt the hood of my jacket pulled. But there was no one behind or near me nor was I close to the wall.

I went today! I stood in the stone circle in the most haunted vault, but I stepped out the same way I stepped in, so we’re cool 🤣👻

Me and my wife did the vaults tour. She took a few photos and ended up with one that looked like she had captured a floating Skull! Sadly shes changed phones and the photo doesn't exist anymore!

I went a couple years back with my family and we all experienced something. I heard whispering in my ear at one point but i couldn't make it out. My mother and my sister both heard a little girl laughing which me and my father didn't, although another lady who was on the tour did. And my father went into the stone circle and ended up having 3 scratches appear on his arm

I have been once and want to go again some day. I have no experiences to mention unfortunately, hence why I want to go back for another try lol.

Edinburgh born and bred and never felt anything supernatural down in the vaults during my countless visits 😢

I went in 2010 and got scratched in Mr Boots room!

I went a while ago and had scratches all down my back and a large M carved in to my shoulder. My husband thought I’d had a fling but I didn’t know what he was on about till he took pictures
