Trying To Dim A Non-Dimmable Light Bulb

Today I tried to dim a light bulb that says it can't be used with dimmers. Watch to the end to see how the light bulb works on a dimmer.
The dimmer switch I used in the homemade dimmer is rated for dimming dimmable LED and CFL light bulbs. It dims those types of bulbs properly. Non-dimmable bulbs will act strangely like shown in the video.
